Due to the ambiguity, there were many iterations that ran through multiple feedback loops in order to find the solution. This allowed us to determine which solution best met the user's needs.
Prototype
A demo flow was put together to show investors and clients. You can view the prototype for the "Book an Appointment process" below.
Outcome
Show and tell prototypes and designs enabled the client to tell a story to potential investors about ways in which their solution could reduce time-to-market.
