Design process

We followed the Design sprint methodology to create an MVP that helps us validate the solution with the potential customers before investing time and development efforts.

Expert Interviews

As part of the research plan, we have conducted expert interviews with CEO Jonathan Bush, Evan Wittry Head of engineering at Firefly, and a few others. Which gave a deeper understanding of healthcare, their workflows, and the problems they face. The following are some major takeaways that assisted us in identifying possible prospects.

Problems

After expert interviews, we understood that providing health care takes a vast amount of time and effort. It can be due to

As part of the research plan, we have conducted an expert interview with CEO Jonathan Bush, Evan Wittry Head of engineering at Firefly, etc to gain a deeper understanding of the pain points, features, likes. Here are a few key takeaways from them.

How might we?

After identifying design challenges through subject matter expert interviews and user research, we transformed these statements into aspirational questions that create a welcoming space for “out of the box” thinking.

Golden Path

For the MVP, we have taken a path that addresses the How might we’s mentioned above faced by Care Builders, Providers, and Patients.

Inspirations

Referred to different applications for coming up with inspirations for the value proposition of the application.

Sketches

We used the Crazy 6 approach to sketch the screens that are present in the golden path. Since they offer a high-value proposition of the product.

Design System

We used the “People, parts & systems and Atomic design Methodology” approach to come up with a design system within a day based on the components present in the sketches

Visual Design

After creating visual designs, we had stitched the flow together for the demo with potential customers which will help us understand whether the MVP addresses the Care Builders problem.
